Gluten-Free Fat Head

My first "Fat Head Crust" gluten-free pizza. 

"Can't wait to try it and see how I want to modify the recipe," she thought laughingly.


Result:

It was pretty good. Thin, semi crunchy crust. Not mealy in the mouth like almond flour can be.

I'd like it to be more chewy.
