Today on #hattiescooking, I made stuffed cabbage rolls, chicken bone broth, caramelized onions, 2 loaves of gluten free bread, cheesy fauxtatoes, sautéed cabbage, and ate leftovers for all my meals, except dinner which was freshly made bone broth.

I also bagged 14 vegan lunches and 14 gluten-free lunches for the homeless. Each lunch has an apple or a banana; a bag of pistachios or a mix of macadamia nuts, pistachios, and sunflower kernels; a bag of veggie chips or black bean crisps or bbq Fritos; a turkey cheese sandwich or a plant-based protein bar; and a juice pouch with 100% RDA Vitamin C.
